Business Analyst – Talent & Culture Transformation

About the role

The Business Analyst will support the Talent & Culture workstreams of ANZ's Program PACT, helping to plan, deliver and oversee initiatives that improve risk management and organisational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, delivery and reporting of workstream deliverables by gathering, documenting and managing project requirements.
• Design activities and delivery plans, monitor progress and quality data, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions and maintain analysis artifacts such as process maps and specifications.
• Identify, manage and remediate delivery risks and issues, and produce reporting to track progress against targets.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and switch between specialist and squad priorities.
• Strong experience in business analysis, project/PMO management, test management or change management.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills, with experience using techniques such as use cases, stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven record of delivering projects on time and budget, including Agile delivery.
