Business Analyst – Markets Securitisation (9‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

ANZ’s Institutional Banking division is seeking a Business Analyst to support the migration and integration of Suncorp’s securitisation facilities into ANZ’s operating model. This 9‑month fixed‑term position will be based in Sydney (or Brisbane) and will work closely with both ANZ and Suncorp stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document current‑state and future‑state business processes, operational requirements and controls for securitisation facilities.
• Gather, validate and manage business requirements throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, issues and action items to ensure successful programme execution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, system testing and business readiness activities, including scenario development and execution.
• Assist with change transition planning, operational readiness and Day‑1 readiness for post‑integration operations.
• Contribute to the ongoing management of ANZ’s securitisation portfolio to maintain business continuity.

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis within financial services, preferably in securitisation or capital markets.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks and issues in a fast‑paced environment.
