Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong functional accounting knowledge and a passion for technology‑enabled solutions. The role involves analysing finance, risk and operational processes, documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of high‑value, high‑risk projects.

Key responsibilities

• Map finance and accounting business processes and document functional requirements.
• Support delivery of high‑value, high‑risk solutions, including AI‑enabled initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and structured problem‑solving.
• Assist with testing, validation and documentation of system changes.
• Build knowledge of emerging digital tools and technology platforms.
• Apply data‑driven analysis and support governance and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Experience in a Big Four or similar consulting environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of accounting.
• CA certification or progress toward CA.
• Proven ability to map processes and analyse business requirements.
• Interest in AI, automation and modern digital solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Six Sigma training or exposure to structured improvement methodologies.
