Broker Manager – Portfolio (Adelaide/Perth)

About the role

The Broker Manager, Portfolio role sits within ANZ's Commercial Broker & Origination team, supporting the Business & Private Bank. Based in either Adelaide or Perth, you will drive higher engagement with less active brokers through digital channels, education, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver commercial settlements from accredited brokers.
• Manage a portfolio of less active brokers and increase their engagement.
• Develop business through structured calling strategies to grow referral and sales volumes.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation, commission, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Promote best practices and adhere to non‑financial risk priorities.
• Educate and up‑skill brokers on ANZ policies, products and processes.
• Coordinate and host monthly national broker webinars.
• Support content creation for statewide broker events.
• Collaborate with senior broker managers to align local broker strategies.

Required profile

• Experience delivering commercial settlements and managing broker portfolios.
• Proven ability to increase broker engagement and drive business development.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in the banking sector.
• Ability to deliver training, webinars and support events.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on consistent operating rhythm.
