Breakfast Supervisor (SRG at The Langham)

About the role

SRG Hospitality is hiring a Breakfast Supervisor for The Langham, a luxury hotel. As Breakfast Supervisor you will lead the morning service, oversee the front of house team, coordinate service flow and uphold the high standards of both The Langham brand and SRG Hospitality. This is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the breakfast service team
• Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
• Coordinate daily operations, including staff allocation and service flow
• Train and support team members to maintain high performance
• Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and compliance with health and safety standards

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality; hotel experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
• Well-presented, reliable and proactive
