Brand Designer

About the role

Quantium’s Brand Design team creates the visual language that represents the company to clients, partners and the public. As a Brand Designer you will work from the South Eveleigh office in Sydney, delivering a wide range of assets from polished client decks to digital campaigns, always with an AI‑first mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality branded assets such as presentations, digital collateral, email templates, event materials and social graphics.
• Build and maintain scalable design templates and brand asset libraries that enable consistent communication across the organisation.
• Collaborate with communications, UX, product marketing and engineering teams to ensure creative solutions are on‑brand and commercially effective.
• Integrate AI design tools into daily workflows to stay at the forefront of modern brand design.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in brand or graphic design.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality.
• Proven ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across diverse formats.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint skills, especially template design.
• Proficiency in Figma for logos, layouts, icons and digital collateral.
• Experience designing email templates in Outlook or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude, Magnific or Adobe Firefly.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for photo editing.
• Basic motion‑graphics or video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
