Brand Communications Manager

About the role

The Brand Communications Manager will lead all brand communications and social marketing activities for SkinCeuticals, integrating social media, influencer engagement, public relations and content creation for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic trade and consumer engagement plans, owning social and communications marketing calendars.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape brand, product and B2B strategies that drive awareness, love and sales.
• Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity and purpose.
• Drive digital growth by identifying and partnering with influencers across tiers, including key consumer, trade media and clinic partners.
• Conduct market and customer analysis, producing actionable insights and reports for senior management.
• Collect and analyse consumer market insights and competitor data to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Strong end‑to‑end experience in communications and social marketing, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector.
• Previous role managing B2B and B2C communications for a beauty brand.
• Proven success managing A+P budgets with measurable ROI and sales outcomes.
• Experience working with media agencies and briefing them.
• Excellent communicator able to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of managing time efficiently.
