Branch Manager – Retail Banking (Busselton)

About the role

As a Branch Manager in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will lead the overall operation of a branch in Busselton. You will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing the customer experience and ensuring compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, sales performance and service excellence.
• Ensure the branch meets Pillars of Performance targets for revenue, productivity and profit.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Develop and execute business development and sales plans to grow the customer base.
• Foster a high‑performing team through coaching, performance management and leadership.
• Promote digital engagement and use of technology to improve customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven business development and sales planning experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Solid commercial acumen and business management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Previous experience in retail banking or a similar branch environment.
• Digital proficiency with a commitment to building strong digital customer engagement.
