About the role

As the first point of contact for Audemars Piguet’s inaugural Australian boutique, the Boutique Welcome Host creates a memorable first impression for every visitor while supporting smooth front‑of‑house and administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth and hospitality.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and client enquiries, ensuring timely responses.
• Coordinate appointments, client arrivals and boutique traffic flow.
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM and visitor‑tracking tools.
• Oversee the boutique appointment calendar and support team scheduling.
• Monitor daily boutique traffic and produce accurate records and reports.
• Ensure the boutique is always presented to the highest standards.
• Handle hospitality materials, inventory replenishment and related logistics.
• Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing and data entry.
• Assist with logistics, shipment coordination and compliance documentation.
• Track invoices, coordinate with suppliers and follow up on administrative tasks.
• Support boutique maintenance coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, reception or administrative support.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional demeanor aligned with Audemars Piguet’s brand standards.
