Boutique Operations Assistant

About the role

The Boutique Operations Assistant ensures the smooth behind‑the‑scenes functioning of CAMILLA’s Rosebery boutique. You will manage stock, process deliveries, and support the sales floor, contributing to an exceptional customer experience in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the stockroom organised, efficient and impeccably maintained.
• Receive, unpack and process new deliveries with accuracy and care.
• Replenish stock on the boutique floor, maintaining optimal levels and presentation.
• Prepare and fulfil customer orders, transfers and click‑&‑collect requests.
• Support inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and RFID scanning.
• Assist with visual‑merchandising upkeep and overall boutique presentation.
• Provide high‑level service on the sales floor and support Boutique Stylist Angels during busy periods.
• Build meaningful relationships with new and existing CAMILLA Tribe members.

Required profile

• Highly organised and hands‑on, thriving behind the scenes.
• Proactive, team‑first attitude with a passion for the brand’s creative culture.
• Previous experience in premium retail or retail operations is highly regarded.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service when supporting the sales floor.
