Key responsibilities

• Inspire and energise the team to create unforgettable customer experiences each day.
• Coach and empower staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on service excellence.
• Drive smooth boutique operations, handling both customer service and efficiency tasks.
• Engage customers with coffee knowledge, high‑impact sales skills, and product expertise.
• Ensure all admin and reporting tasks are completed accurately to keep the boutique on track.

Required profile

• Proven retail or hospitality leadership experience with a passion for teams and customers.
• Motivator and coach who energises colleagues, inspires teamwork and celebrates wins.
• Detail‑oriented, able to maintain smooth operations and deliver excellent service.
• Commitment to making a positive impact for people and the planet in a B Corp environment.
