Boilermaker & Fitter - 6-Month Expansion Project, Orange NSW

About the role

An experienced Boilermaker or Fitter is sought for an immediate start on a 6-month expansion project in Orange, NSW. It is a DIDO (drive-in, drive-out) role on a major structural, mechanical and piping (SMP) scope with a well-established project team, with accommodation supplied.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out structural, mechanical and piping (SMP) works as part of the expansion project.
• Perform fabrication, installation and fit-out duties in line with trade scope.
• Work safely and efficiently within a mine site environment.
• Collaborate with the wider project team to meet shutdown and project milestones.

Required profile

• Trade-qualified Boilermaker or Fitter.
• Able to drive in and drive out on a 7:7 roster.
• Previous experience on mine sites or large-scale industrial and construction projects is highly regarded.
• Relevant tickets and site inductions, or willingness to obtain them.
• Reliable and safety-focused.

What we offer

• $65 per hour plus superannuation.
• 12-hour shifts on a 7:7 roster.
