About the role

SRG Hospitality is looking for a Bartender to work across multiple venues. You will be at the heart of each venue, mixing and pouring drinks and engaging with guests to deliver an exceptional bar experience.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer and wine
Provide friendly, efficient and engaging customer service
Maintain strong knowledge of the drink menu and make recommendations
Keep the bar clean, stocked and well organised at all times
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Work collaboratively with floor and kitchen staff

Required profile

Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced venue
Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for the craft
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
