About the role
Little Sparrow is seeking enthusiastic Barista/All‑rounders to join its busy Westfield Chermside café. Working on a casual roster, you will deliver high‑end specialty coffee and exceptional service to a diverse customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of specialty coffee and hot drinks.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised work environment.
- Engage with customers, answering queries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members and support the store manager as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum three years experience in a café or similar hospitality setting.
- People‑person with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
Required skills
- Latte Art.
- POS system operation.
