Banking Consultant – St Albans

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in the St Albans branch. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, guide conversations, and promote digital and traditional solutions that align with each customer’s goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy through personalised service.
• Support and participate in bank programmes and initiatives.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with a service‑orientated mindset.
• Retail experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable using and promoting digital channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
• Good understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
