About the role

ANZ is looking for a Banking Consultant to join its Retail Banking team in Perth. You will deliver a seamless banking experience, understand each customer’s financial goals and provide advice across transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital solutions. The role is branch‑based and focuses on building strong customer advocacy for ANZ.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and advocacy by delivering high‑quality service.
• Conduct in‑depth, needs‑based conversations and recommend appropriate financial products.
• Support bank programs and initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each customer’s risk profile.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, branch procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a peer coach and role model within the team.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Retail or banking experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital channels.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work part‑time hours as outlined in the schedule.
