Banking Consultant – Part‑time

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers, addressing their full range of financial needs and goals. You will work primarily in a branch environment, providing transaction support, needs‑based conversations, and digital education while acting as a role model for excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end financial advice and transaction services to customers.
• Engage customers through needs‑based conversations and promote digital banking solutions.
• Contribute to increased customer engagement and advocacy.
• Support bank programs and initiatives, acting as a peer coach for colleagues.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ policies, procedures, and risk‑management standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable using and promoting digital banking channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Sound understanding of banking products and accreditation requirements.
