Banking Consultant – Noarlunga Centre

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Banking Consultant to join its Noarlunga Centre branch. In this permanent, onsite position you will deliver a seamless banking experience, helping customers meet their financial goals through transactions, personalised conversations and digital education.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with end‑to‑end banking services, including transactions and needs‑based advice.
• Educate customers on digital banking solutions and promote their use.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative branch team.
• Drive customer engagement, advocacy and real value creation.
• Support bank programs and initiatives.
• Maintain a strong “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus; retail experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
