About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking you will deliver seamless banking experiences, meeting customers’ financial needs and promoting digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end financial advice and transaction services to customers.
- Engage customers to increase advocacy and support bank programs and initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with ANZ and branch policies, including risk‑based “know your customer”.
- Potentially work rostered Saturday shifts to meet branch operating hours.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
- Ability to multi‑task, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of compliance and willingness to follow policies.
