About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in Adelaide branches. You will meet each customer’s end‑to‑end financial needs, conduct needs‑based conversations, and educate them on available solutions, including digital options. The role is primarily branch‑based and involves providing high‑standard service, acting as a role model and peer coach, and supporting the bank’s Customer Promises.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with comprehensive transaction services and tailored financial advice.
- Contribute to increased customer engagement and advocacy.
- Participate in and support bank programmes and initiatives.
- Maintain “know your customer” responsibilities from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
- Work rostered shifts, including Saturdays, to meet branch operating hours.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus.
- Retail banking experience.
- Strong communication and coaching abilities.
- Commitment to delivering on the bank’s Customer Promises.
