Back End Developer

About the role
Join See Me Please, an accessibility testing startup, to shape a serverless backend that powers real‑world insights for enterprise customers. You will own critical parts of a growing platform built on Go, AWS Lambda, and a mix of managed data services.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services for data ingestion, video/audio processing, and accessibility analytics.
- Evaluate and evolve the serverless architecture, deciding what stays on Lambda and what moves to other runtimes.
- Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
- Build observability, analytics, and platform tooling to support autonomous operations.
- Contribute to technical decisions and help shape the overall backend roadmap.
Required profile
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
- Full‑stack adaptability – comfortable working across data pipelines, APIs, and processing services.
- Passion for purpose‑driven work that improves accessibility for diverse users.
