Automotive Parts Interpreter – Repco Karratha

About the role

Repco, a division of GPC Asia Pacific, is hiring a full-time Automotive Parts Interpreter in Karratha. The role supports DIY and trade customers with technical product advice, leads trade sales and builds the store's credibility. It is a busy, phone-based customer service position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to trade and retail customers using expert automotive parts and mechanical knowledge
• Build effective customer relationships and use up-to-date product information to solve problems and maximise sales
• Deliver genuine service and create lasting positive impressions for customers
• Work in a busy phone-based customer service role while staying safety aware

Required profile

• Automotive parts or mechanical experience
• Passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
• Comfortable sharing knowledge in both technical and non-technical ways
• Natural problem solver, proactive team player who can also work independently
• Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
• Availability to work the agreed schedule, with flexibility to work other days if requested
• Ability to lift, bend, climb and drive safely
