Associate Replenishment Planner – Supply Chain

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking an Associate Replenishment Planner to act as the key interface between PepsiCo ANZ, independent and wholesale customers. You will ensure optimal on‑shelf availability by planning and executing efficient replenishment across our distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply planning and replenishment processes to achieve target service levels.
• Manage distributor inventory to maximise DIFOT and stay within monthly inventory dollar targets.
• Oversee daily ordering, flag service risks and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate stock allocation for impulse, wholesale and global customer accounts.
• Provide supply insights to improve cross‑functional collaboration and communicate allocations to key wholesalers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain, preferably within FMCG.
• Resilient in high‑pressure environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Analytical problem‑solving approach.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of inventory, demand planning and forecasting processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in supply and demand planning.
