Associate Regulatory Management

About the role

The Associate – Regulatory Management will support the effective management of regulatory risk across ANZ. You will coordinate and administer the Regulatory Management Lifecycle, ensuring that regulatory expectations, commitments and engagements are consistently managed and aligned with established frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the enterprise‑wide Regulatory Management Policy and Standard.
• Conduct horizon scanning of regulatory developments, assess impact on business activities and monitor commitments.
• Coordinate tracking and reporting of regulatory expectations, commitments and engagements, including ERC and Board reporting.
• Assist Line 1 stakeholders in adhering to relevant policies, standards and procedures.
• Maintain consistent application of regulatory management practices across material regulators and manage the regulatory interactions module in NFRHub.
• Develop and maintain standard approaches, templates and guidance for regulatory activities.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• 2‑3 years of financial‑services experience in legal, compliance or audit.
• Understanding of regulatory risk management concepts within financial services.
• Knowledge of domestic and international regulatory regimes and supervisory expectations.
• Familiarity with Non‑Financial Risk frameworks and enterprise risk management practices.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to interpret regulatory requirements.
