Associate Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth team. Working alongside senior consultants, you will help source and place top talent for the mining sector while gaining hands‑on experience in the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with key clients to understand and fulfil on‑site skill requirements.
• Proactively network and source high‑quality candidate pools.
• Design and implement attraction strategies for priority roles.
• Conduct video interviews and prepare “decision‑ready” candidate profiles.
• Enter and manage temporary starter records in the Bullhorn CRM.
• Oversee contract portfolios and ensure safety compliance.
• Support senior consultants by handling leads and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail or recruitment.
• Strong desire to build a career in recruitment.
• Detail‑oriented with a creative, solution‑focused mindset.
• High initiative, drive and professional work ethic.
• Outgoing and personable communication style.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using Bullhorn CRM.
