About the role

ConnectYou is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join its Technical Sales & Energy Solutions desk. You will help match top talent with leading opportunities in the Power Transmission & Distribution sector, supporting the region’s transition to renewable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client relationships within the Power Transmission & Distribution market.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through outreach, referrals, advertising, and database searches.
• Match client requirements with candidate expertise using strategic recruitment methods.
• Engage candidates via calls, meetings, and industry networking events.
• Guide clients and candidates through the hiring process, providing insights and advice.
• Negotiate salary packages and consulting fees in line with industry standards.
