Associate Lawyer – Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Construction or Advisory

About the role

Chambers Russell Lawyers is seeking a motivated Associate Lawyer to join its growing national team. The role will focus on litigation, dispute resolution, construction, or transactional advisory matters, managing an independent caseload under partner supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client matters across litigation, dispute resolution, construction, or transactional advisory.
• Manage an independent case load while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide legal advice and representation to high‑calibre clients.
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers to develop case strategies.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with firm procedures.

Required profile

• 1+ years post‑admission experience in litigation, dispute resolution, construction or transactional advisory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time‑management abilities and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, initiative‑driven and a collaborative team player.
