Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of product and sales inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
• Conduct consultative pre‑qualification of prospects to feed HubSpot’s sales pipeline.
• Identify and remove technical barriers, recommending best practices for HubSpot software.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Inbound Growth Assessments with senior sales team members.
• Provide next‑step guidance and resources to help customers succeed.
• Collaborate across functions to continuously improve the customer experience.
