Associate Director - Customer Partnerships

About the role

PageGroup is seeking an Associate Director to lead Customer Partnerships across its Queensland business and support selected national accounts. Reporting to the Head of Customer Partnerships, you will work closely with senior leadership and operations to grow key accounts and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Queensland market and selected national accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Use data and market insights to add value for key customers and present to large stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Provide quarterly account reviews and regular performance reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment or professional services industry.
• Ability to engage confidently with C‑suite executives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset.
