Associate Clinical and Sales Specialist

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Clinical and Sales Specialist to support physicians and EP lab staff in Canberra. The role combines clinical expertise with sales responsibilities to drive adoption of advanced cardiac electrophysiology technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth by delivering targeted strategies and business plans to exceed revenue goals in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders to secure key accounts.
• Provide expert clinical support, including case preparation, troubleshooting, and operation of proprietary hardware.
• Organise professional training events to accelerate product uptake and improve clinical outcomes.
• Manage consignment stock, expenses, and reporting to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Lead new product introductions and coordinate trials to position Biosense Webster as a market leader.

Required profile

• Preferred study area: Health Sciences or Biomedical Engineering.
• Exceptional business partnering and communication skills.
• People management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the CARTO® System and associated software modules.
• Experience with RF generators and catheter equipment used in cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
