Bed Bath N' Table is looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join its team at the store in Rosny Park, Hobart. This is a key leadership role that supports the Store Manager in coaching, developing and mentoring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales. The Assistant Managers receive a unique rotating roster that supports work-life balance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Desire to be part of a high-performance culture and to achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs.
• Passion for detailed home styling and creating a beautiful home environment.
