Assistant Service Leader - Berrimah

About the role

Camp Australia runs a childcare service in Berrimah, NT, where children are at the centre of everything. As Assistant Service Leader you will create a safe, welcoming space where children can relax, have fun and flourish, designing and maintaining an engaging, safe and compliant program.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain an engaging, safe and compliant program
• Plan exciting daily activities for primary-aged children
• Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local school community

Required profile

• Completed a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Child Protection training certificate and Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability Monday to Friday, 6:45 am - 8:45 am and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills
