About the role

Join Nando’s vibrant restaurant on William Street and lead a dynamic team to deliver the brand’s signature experience. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you’ll support daily operations, keep the atmosphere energetic, and ensure guests leave with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, including service flow, grill performance, and table turnover.
• Coach and motivate crew members, fostering a positive and high‑energy work environment.
• Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards, including liquor, First Aid, and CPR certifications where required.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting.
• Act as the point of contact for guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Australia and aged 18 +.
• Passion for people development and a knack for leading fast‑paced teams.
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Required skills

• Liquor accreditation, First Aid and CPR certifications (as mandated by local legislation).
• Manager accreditation or equivalent leadership certification.
