Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front‑of‑house and kitchen activities.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver the signature Nando’s experience.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and service quality.
• Manage shift schedules, inventory, and cash handling procedures.

Required profile

• Passion for coaching and developing people in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and creativity in running restaurant operations.

• Legal right to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
