Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the crew, setting the tone and pace of service.
• Coach team members to deliver the unforgettable Nando’s experience.
• Maintain smooth service flow, keep grills sizzling and tables turning.
• Drive shift energy, celebrate successes and ensure high‑fives at the end of each shift.

Required profile

• Passion for coaching and developing people.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
• Creative problem‑solving and strong leadership skills.

Required skills

• Liquor accreditation (as required by local legislation).
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Manager accreditation (as required by local legislation).
