Assistant Manager – SME Banking

About the role

ANZ is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Small to Medium Enterprise Banking team in Sale, VIC. You will support the Relationship Manager in growing the business portfolio while ensuring sound risk management and delivering banking solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers with internet banking, credit cards, merchant facilities and other electronic transactions.
• Conduct financial analysis of client statements and review lending facilities.
• Assist the Relationship Manager in planning, coordinating and overseeing daily operations.
• Monitor team performance, manage workflow and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal functions and act as a point of contact for queries, escalating issues as needed.
• Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and understand customers' industry.
