Assistant Manager – Audit

About the role

KPMG is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and manage audit engagements for high‑profile clients. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality financial statement audits, providing advisory services, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through reporting for prestigious clients.
• Oversee all aspects of audit delivery, client service, and business development activities.
• Execute advisory‑related engagements and ensure high‑quality assurance and reporting.
• Provide inspirational leadership to develop and grow audit talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven track record of high performance in audit or assurance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated team leadership capabilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (CA, CPA, or ability to obtain).
