About the role

Eden Academy Pacific Pines is seeking a caring Assistant Educator to join its 112‑place early learning centre. You will work within a supportive team to provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, learn and thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate playful learning experiences that promote curiosity and development.
• Create engaging, age‑appropriate environments that inspire wonder.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support classroom routines, health and safety procedures, and documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team‑first atmosphere.

Required profile

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Warm, professional presence with genuine passion for early learning.
• Two professional references, one from a childcare or education supervisor.
