Assistant Educator – Early Childhood

Eden Academy is seeking a passionate Assistant Educator to join its Redbank Plains centre. You will work in a safe, nurturing environment that values both children and staff, helping young learners thrive through play‑based learning.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Warm, professional presence with genuine passion for early learning.
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community.
• Two professional references, one from a childcare or education supervisor.
