Key responsibilities

• Guide and nurture children through playful learning and meaningful connections.
• Create engaging, curiosity‑sparking environments using natural play spaces and age‑appropriate resources.
• Communicate confidently with families, building lasting relationships.
• Contribute a positive, team‑first attitude to every classroom.
• Support children’s love of learning that endures beyond their time at the centre.

Required profile

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Warm, professional presence with genuine passion for early learning.
• Confidence in connecting with children, families, and the community.
• Two professional references, one from a manager or supervisor in childcare or education.
