Aston Hills Golf Club

- Contribute to daily course presentation, irrigation and turf management, equipment care and staff coordination.
- Help plan course works.
- Take on increasing responsibility and gain practical experience across the full operation as you develop in the role.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic, pride in your work and a genuine interest in golf course management.
- May already be working in a golf course maintenance team and ready for the next step, or have relevant turf, horticulture or grounds experience.
- Practical, reliable and willing to learn, with the communication skills to work well with the team.
What we offer
- A clear pathway to Course Superintendent in under 12 months, with a structured handover.
- Great working hours, focused on daytime work.
- Paid professional development and opportunities to build your skills.
- Free club membership.
- A stable, experienced team with average tenure of more than 10 years.
- Remuneration commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
