Assistant Costume Distributor

About the role

Join the behind‑the‑scenes team at Village Roadshow Theme Parks as an Assistant Costume Distributor. Based at Warner Bros. Movie World and Sea World on the Gold Coast, you will help keep costumes clean, repaired and ready for performances, ensuring a magical experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Launder, iron and press costumes to a high standard.
• Inspect garments, record any repairs and perform simple sewing tasks as needed.
• Sort and store costumes in designated wardrobe racking and storage systems.
• Deliver costumes to internal and external customers within required timeframes.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and in line with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to park staff and performers.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements for laundry facilities and chemical use.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Reliable, energetic and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Team‑oriented with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic sewing and garment repair.
• Operation of industrial laundry equipment.
