Assistant Boutique Manager – Sydney Centrepoint

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Boutique Manager to support the daily operations of our Sydney Centrepoint boutique. In this full-time role you will work closely with the Boutique Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and help drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing day-to-day boutique operations.
• Ensure the highest level of guest service, measured against set objectives.
• Inspire, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Uphold brand standards and deliver a guest-first experience.
• Execute visual merchandising and manage stock in line with company guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar retail environment.
• Experience in an assistant manager or comparable supervisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyse and report KPI figures.
• Team-player with a passion for motivating others.
• Skin-care knowledge is a plus but not essential.
