Aspire Lounge Agent – Premium Hospitality Role

About the role

As an Aspire Lounge Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and professional first impression. You will work in a fast‑paced airport environment, aligning your shifts with airline schedules to ensure a seamless, premium experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests, personalising their experience wherever possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception, barista station, buffet area and amenities.
• Prepare and serve coffee, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, and food, while advising on dietary and allergen information.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all Aspire Lounge brands, services and products.
• Manage lounge capacity based on bookings, passenger forecasts and traffic flow.
• Adhere to airline contract requirements and entry procedures.
• Collaborate with service‑provider contractors and internal stakeholders as a cohesive team.
• Handle stock receiving, accurate reporting and timely billing processes.
• Replenish stock levels and clear tables after guests vacate.
