ASO6 Team Leader HR Operations/ Employee Experience

About the Opportunity Our client is a leading training provider committed to delivering quality training and fostering a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace. Reporting to the Manager, People Experience, you will lead a team of Employee Experience professionals, oversee HR operations and provide trusted advice to managers and staff. You’ll play a key role in improving employee lifecycle processes, strengthening service delivery and ensuring compliance across the organisation.ASO6 contract opportunity until February at $70 per hour.Lead HR operations within a great, supportive team culture.Drive HR process improvements and enhance employee experience. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of HR professionals, promoting engagement and consistent service delivery.Provide expert advice on complex employee lifecycle matters and escalations.Improve recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, separations and HR administration processes.Interpret and apply employment legislation, industrial agreements, policies and procedures.Identify employment risks and support compliance, governance and continuous improvement.Contribute to HR projects, organisational change and process improvement initiatives.Partner with leaders, HR Business Partners and stakeholders to enhance employee experience.Monitor HR reporting and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.About You You’re an experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills, sound judgement and a passion for delivering practical, customer-focused HR services. You’ll bring:Experience leading a team within HR or People & Culture.Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.Experience improving HR processes, systems and service delivery.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.The ability to manage competing priorities and sensitive employment matters.A collaborative approach to building team capability and engagement.Experience in HR operations, employee experience and South Australian public-sector employment frameworks will be highly regarded. Relevant qualifications in HR, business administration or a related discipline are desirable.
