Asite System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an Asite System Administrator to own and operate our electronic QA platform within the HSETQ function. You will support multiple construction projects by ensuring the Asite system runs smoothly, data remains accurate, and users can work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day Asite operations, including user setup, access control, permissions, and system maintenance.
• Provide frontline support to internal and external users, troubleshooting issues and assisting with document uploads, workflows, and QA forms.
• Configure and launch new projects in Asite, creating and testing forms, workflows, and templates.
• Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert, guiding operational teams, subcontractors, and HSETQ members.
• Develop, maintain, and improve user guides, procedures, and training materials.
• Coordinate and deliver system training and onboarding sessions.
• Collaborate with the software vendor on updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering construction‑focused document management or CDE platforms such as Asite, Aconex, or Procore.
• Strong understanding of document control, workflow design, and quality assurance processes in construction environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create user guidance and deliver training to diverse audiences.
• Effective problem‑solving skills for system and user issues.
