Area Manager - NSW

About the role

An exciting opportunity to lead Levi’s® NSW stores, inspire Store Managers, deliver world‑class customer experiences and drive commercial performance across the area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach Store Managers to achieve sales, profit, productivity and customer experience targets.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop and execute commercial strategies and growth initiatives.
• Conduct regular store visits and business reviews, using financial and operational insights to drive performance.
• Build a high‑performing, inclusive team culture that reflects LS&Co values.
• Develop Store Manager capability through coaching, feedback and succession planning.
• Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and customer experience standards.
• Optimize store productivity through workforce planning and roster utilisation.

Required profile

• Extensive multi‑site retail management experience, preferably in fashion or specialty retail.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop Store Managers and retail leadership teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and act on insights.
• Passionate about creating a high‑performing, inclusive, customer‑focused culture.
• Confident, engaging leader who can inspire accountability through effective coaching.
• Deep understanding of retail operations, workforce planning and operational excellence.
• Natural relationship builder able to partner with support office teams and stakeholders.
• Creative, adaptable and solutions‑focused with genuine passion for the Levi’s® brand.
