Architect – Delivery Phase Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a technically‑focused Architect to join our Melbourne studio. The role centres on the delivery phase of multi‑residential, data centre and community projects, working closely with senior project leaders. You will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality documentation and seamless coordination across all project stages.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate design, detailed design and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Assist in managing project programmes, deliverables and quality assurance processes.
• Support projects through design development, tender and construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with Australian building codes and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and technical documentation.
• Experience delivering multi‑residential, data centre and/or community projects.
• Good understanding of Australian building codes, standards and construction methods.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
