Aquatic Facility Manager

About the role

PCYC Innisfail is seeking a responsible and energetic Aquatic Facility Manager to lead the operations, safety and performance of its Aquatic Facility at the PCYC Innisfail Pool. The role drives operational and financial success while fostering teamwork, service and continuous improvement, and creates a safe, welcoming, customer-first environment.

Required profile

• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and consent to a National Police Check; the Blue Card must be held or obtained before starting
• Business acumen and a growth mindset
• Ability to travel across the state as required
• Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• A Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate is desirable but not essential
