About the role
The Applications Support Senior Analyst provides technical and business support for Citi applications, ensuring stability, efficiency and quick issue resolution for users across the firm.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor production applications, perform start‑of‑day checks and continuous monitoring.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, assess risk and impact, and escalate as needed.
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation and application contingency plans.
- Participate in application releases, from development through testing to production deployment.
- Partner with development and production support teams to prioritize bug fixes and tooling requirements.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of experience in an Application Support role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to filter, prioritize and validate complex information.
- Effective written and verbal communication, able to explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and act as a subject‑matter expert.
